Use of the Site

You may use Traveluent for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell deal alerts or any content from this site
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting tools on the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Take any action that impairs or disrupts the operation of the site

Membership Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Traveluent reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in activity we determine to be harmful, fraudulent, or abusive.

Membership and Payments

Traveluent paid memberships are billed on the recurring schedule shown at checkout via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Traveluent to charge your payment method at the stated rate and billing interval until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not offer partial-period refunds.

Traveluent may change prices for new memberships at any time. For 3-Month and Annual Premium memberships, the recurring price in effect when you join is locked for as long as that same membership remains continuously active. If it expires or otherwise ends, a later membership is subject to the price then offered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, deal alert emails, and software, is the property of Traveluent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Traveluent content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Traveluent is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deal will be available or accurately priced at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to missed deals, booking errors, or losses incurred through third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traveluent operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Traveluent following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
