Membership Accounts

Membership and Payments

Traveluent memberships are billed annually on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Traveluent to charge your payment method at the stated rate each year until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. We do not offer partial-period refunds.

Pricing for new subscriptions may change at any time. Any changes to pricing for existing active members will be communicated with advance notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, deal alert emails, and software, is the property of Traveluent and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Traveluent content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Traveluent is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular deal will be available or accurately priced at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveluent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to missed deals, booking errors, or losses incurred through third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Traveluent operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction.
