What exactly does Traveluent do?
Traveluent monitors business class and first class flight prices and alerts you when fares drop significantly below their normal price, often 25-80% off. We do the hunting so you can focus on the trip itself.
What cabin classes do you cover?
We focus exclusively on Business Class and First Class deals. We do not send economy deals. Amenities such as lie-flat seats, lounge access, and premium meals vary by airline, aircraft, route, cabin, and fare.
What routes do you cover?
We search for flights to or from US and Canadian airports. Destinations span Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania. We also send select domestic lie-flat deals on transcontinental routes.
How do I receive the deals?
Deals are sent straight to your inbox. Each email includes the route, price, travel window, and a link to find the fare. Members complete their own booking. No app required.
How often will I get deal alerts?
It varies. Some weeks you'll hear from us daily, other times there may be a few quiet days. We only send a deal when it genuinely meets our threshold, at minimum 25% below the typical fare for that route. We will never pad your inbox with mediocre deals just to stay top of mind. Free members receive 10% of Traveluent deals approximately 36+ hours after Premium members and do not receive mistake fares.
Are the flights roundtrip or one-way?
The majority of deals we send are roundtrip, but we send one-way flight deals too. Both deal types are clearly labeled in the subject line and email body so you always know what you're booking.
What are "error fares" and will they be honored?
Error fares are pricing mistakes by airlines, occasionally resulting in business or first class tickets at a fraction of their true cost. They happen unpredictably, roughly 8–15 times per year. Airlines may honor mistake fares, but they may also cancel them. For qualifying reservations made directly with a covered airline at least seven days before departure, the airline must offer either a 24-hour hold or penalty-free cancellation. The same federal requirement does not universally apply to third-party bookings, so check the seller's terms.
How long do deals last?
It depends on the deal. Mistake fares can disappear very quickly, sometimes within hours. Standard sale fares may last 24–72 hours. For qualifying reservations made directly with a covered airline at least seven days before departure, the airline must offer either a 24-hour hold or penalty-free cancellation. The same federal requirement does not universally apply to third-party bookings, so check the seller's terms before booking.
Can I request a specific route or destination?
Premium members can submit custom route requests and we will prioritize monitoring those pairings. We cannot guarantee a qualifying fare will appear on any given route. Premium Deal Alerts do not include a full one-on-one booking service, though some Points Services separately include personalized research or guidance.
What price range should I expect?
Every deal we send is at least 25% off the typical fare. In practice this means, for round-trip: Europe business class under $2,500, Asia under $3,000, Latin America under $1,000, and transcontinental lie-flat under $1,000. All deals we send are typically 25-80% below retail.
What is the difference between the Free Plan and Premium Plan?
Free members receive 10% of Traveluent deals approximately 36+ hours after Premium members and do not receive mistake fares. Premium members get unlimited alerts, first access to every deal the moment we find it, custom route requests, access to rare error fares and flash sales, and priority support.
What is the Annual Premium price and how long is it available?
Annual Premium costs $149 per year. That Annual rate is locked in for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, the price available at that time may be different.
Does Annual Premium renew automatically?
Yes. Annual Premium renews annually until canceled. Normal cancellation stops future renewals, and without an eligible refund, access continues through the paid-through date. An approved eligible initial-payment refund ends the refunded membership immediately.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on the first eligible 3-Month Premium payment and a 15-day money-back guarantee on the first eligible Annual Premium payment. Each customer may use the 3-Month guarantee once and the Annual guarantee once. Renewal payments are not eligible.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Traveluent does not currently offer subscription pauses for 3-Month Premium or Annual Premium. If you cancel without a refund, access continues through the paid-through date and future renewals stop. If an eligible refund is approved, the refunded membership ends immediately.
My departure city isn't one of the cities you search from. Will I still get value?
Many of our members live outside the hub cities we search from and use a positioning flight to catch a $1,500 business class deal to Tokyo or Rome. Positioning-flight costs vary. Consider the airfare, schedule, baggage, separate-ticket risks, and missed-connection risk when deciding whether the overall trip works for you.
I want to fly to a specific city. Can you tell me when it'll be on sale?
We cannot predict when a specific route will go on sale. Premium members can submit custom route requests. If we find a qualifying fare, it may be sent as a Premium Deal Alert, but availability is not guaranteed.
Do I need to be flexible with my travel dates?
Flexibility helps, especially for error fares that may only be bookable on specific dates. That said, many of our sale deals cover a broad travel window of several weeks or months, giving you plenty of date options to choose from. The more flexible you are, the more deals will work for your schedule.
Are deals bookable directly with the airline?
Traveluent does not book Premium Deal Alert fares for members. We link to Google Flights or other search results, but Google Flights is a search tool and is not necessarily the ticket issuer. Depending on the result, you may book with the airline or another booking provider. Confirm who is issuing the ticket before paying. We are not affiliated with the airlines and do not earn a commission.
