Premium Deal Alerts

+
What exactly does Traveluent do?+
Traveluent monitors business class and first class flight prices around the clock and alerts you when fares drop significantly below their normal price, often 25-80% off. We do the hunting so you can focus on the trip itself.
What cabin classes do you cover?+
We focus exclusively on Business Class and First Class deals. We do not send economy deals. Every alert we send is for a premium cabin seat: mostly lie-flat beds, premium meals, lounge access, and the full experience.
What routes do you cover?+
We search for flights to or from US and Canadian airports. Destinations span Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania. We also send select domestic lie-flat deals on transcontinental routes.
How do I receive the deals?+
Deals are sent straight to your inbox. Each email includes the route, price, travel window, booking link, and everything you need to grab the fare before it disappears. No app required.
How often will I get deal alerts?+
It varies. Some weeks you'll hear from us daily, other times there may be a few quiet days. We only send a deal when it genuinely meets our threshold, at minimum 25% below the typical fare for that route. We will never pad your inbox with mediocre deals just to stay top of mind.
Are the flights roundtrip or one-way?+
The majority of deals we send are roundtrip, but we send one-way flight deals too. Both deal types are clearly labeled in the subject line and email body so you always know what you're booking.
What are "error fares" and will they be honored?+
Error fares are pricing mistakes by airlines, occasionally resulting in business or first class tickets at a fraction of their true cost. They happen unpredictably, roughly 8–15 times per year. Airlines honor the majority of error fares, but not all. We recommend booking quickly, then using your 24-hour US DOT cancellation right to decide if the trip works for you.
How long do deals last?+
It depends on the deal. Error fares can vanish within an hour or two of our alert. Standard sale fares may last 24–72 hours. Our general advice: if the route excites you, book first and sort out the details after. In the US you can cancel any flight within 24 hours for a full refund.
Can I request a specific route or destination?+
Premium members can submit custom route requests and we will prioritize monitoring those pairings. That said, we cannot guarantee a deal will appear on any given route; we alert you the moment one does. We do not offer one-on-one booking assistance.
What price range should I expect?+
Every deal we send is at least 25% off the typical fare. In practice this means, for round-trip: Europe business class under $2,500, Asia under $3,000, Latin America under $1,000, and transcontinental lie-flat under $1,000. All deals we send are typically 25-80% below retail.
What is the difference between the Free Plan and Premium Plan?+
Members on the Free Plan receive a few alerts per month, delivered 36+ hours after Premium members receive them. Premium members get unlimited alerts, first access to every deal the moment we find it, custom route requests, access to rare error fares and flash sales, and priority support.
What is the Premium Member price and how long is it available?+
Premium pricing may vary depending on current offers or promotions, so please check the pricing shown at signup for the current rate. When you join Premium at a specific annual price, that rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, the price available at that time may be different.
Does the subscription renew automatically?+
Yes, your subscription renews automatically each year at the rate you originally signed up at. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account page and you will retain access through the end of your billing period.
What is your refund policy?+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. One refund per customer.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?+
At this time we do not offer a pause option. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. You are welcome to resubscribe at any time, though the Premium Member rate may no longer be available.
My departure city isn't one of the cities you search from. Will I still get value?+
Absolutely. Many of our members live outside the hub cities we search from and happily pay $100–200 for a positioning flight to catch a $1,500 business class deal to Tokyo or Rome. The savings are so significant that a short connecting flight to a hub more than pays for itself.
I want to fly to a specific city. Can you tell me when it'll be on sale?+
We cannot predict when a specific route will drop. Airlines set sale prices unpredictably. What we can do is alert you the moment that route appears at a deal price. Premium members can submit custom route requests so we know to flag that destination for you when it comes up.
Do I need to be flexible with my travel dates?+
Flexibility helps, especially for error fares that may only be bookable on specific dates. That said, many of our sale deals cover a broad travel window of several weeks or months, giving you plenty of date options to choose from. The more flexible you are, the more deals will work for your schedule.
Are deals bookable directly with the airline?+
Yes. We always link directly to Google Flights or the airline's own website. We are not affiliated with the airlines and don't earn any commission.

Points Services

+
What are Traveluent Points Services?+
Traveluent Points Services are one-time planning services for travelers who want help understanding, organizing, and using credit card points or airline miles for premium cabin travel. We help you build a points strategy around your goals, balances, spending habits, and trip plans.
How are Points Services different from Premium Deal Alerts?+
Premium Deal Alerts are an ongoing membership that sends business and first class cash fare deals by email. Points Services are personalized planning services that help you use points and miles more effectively. You can use either one separately, but some Points Services include Premium Deal Alerts for one year.
Do I need to be a Premium member to buy a Points Service?+
No. You do not need to be a Premium member first. You can purchase a Points Service directly. Some higher-tier Points Services include one year of Premium Deal Alerts as part of the service for free. It is optional and you can opt-in at any time.
Which Points Service should I choose?+
A Points Audit is best if you want a clear review of your current points, cards, and travel goals. 90-Day Accelerator is better if you want a focused points-earning and redemption strategy over the next few months. Booking Blueprint is for travelers who want a more detailed plan for a specific premium cabin trip and help with finding the flights. Grand Tour is for multi-city/country trips, larger groups, special occasion trips, or high-touch planning.
What information will I need to share with Traveluent?+
You’ll share details like your points balances, credit cards, monthly spending patterns, travel goals, destinations, number of travelers, flexibility, and any challenges you’re having with points. For security and privacy reasons, we do not ask for your banking passwords, credit card logins, airline account passwords, hotel account passwords, or any other loyalty program login information.
Do Points Services include Premium Deal Alerts?+
Points Audit does not include Premium Deal Alerts. 90-Day Accelerator, Booking Blueprint, and Grand Tour include one year of Premium Deal Alerts, starting when the included Premium access is activated.
I already bought a Points Audit. Can I upgrade?+
Yes. If you purchase a Points Audit and upgrade to a higher Points Service within 14 days, the Audit fee can be credited toward the higher service.
What is Grand Tour?+
Grand Tour is for more complex premium travel planning, especially trips with 5+ travelers, special occasions, multi-city trips, or more involved routing needs. Pricing is custom and starts at $5,000+.
Can you book award flights for me?+
At this time, Points Services focus on strategy, planning, and guidance. We help you understand what to book, where to search, and how to approach the trip, but we do not guarantee award availability or act as a travel agency. For Booking Blueprint and Grand Tour clients, we monitor the flights and hotels they need and alert them when availability appears. We also help with points-transfer guidance and alternatives if needed.
Are Points Services refundable?+
Points Services are one-time advisory services, so refund terms may differ from the Premium Deal Alerts membership. Please review the terms shown at checkout or contact support before purchasing if you have questions.
